Menu shock. First response upon walking in and determining what to order. All their "foo-foo" coffee drinks were over 6 dollars. I had to ask if I could get a latte... and response was quite rude. She asked size, told me to be sure to choose tip for presumed credit card, and then seemed displeased when I gave cash. My latte was lukewarm and tasted more like milk than a coffee drink. Ordered online, waited 20 minutes for my pick-up time. There were no other customers so they were not busy. My drink had not been started. The point in ordering online was so I could slip in and out quickly and not have to wait. Not cool, I'll go across the parking lot to Starbucks. Service: 1
