Food is mediocre. It really depends on the the way the winds. We ordered everything bagels with cream cheese. Barely any cream cheese. This was the 4th time this had happened. Won't be ordering from here again. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I went into the store to place my order and they were rude when I asked a question. It said I had to use the kiosk to order. I had a gift card and it wasn’t allowing me to do that. So I went back up to the counter to ask. Both the gentleman and girl working were very rude and the dude literally got smart with me, rolled his eyes and walked away. What kind of customer service is this???? You can’t kindly show me how to figure it out or be nice about it. I will NEVER return to this Dunkin due to my experience. I felt very disrespected. Do not go here. I don’t leave bad reviews but this one deserved one. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!

Multiple times this store has had several items out of stock. The last time I placed a mobile order, I was told at pick up that the frozen machine was broken and they were out of pumpkin spice.
