Haven't had a bad experience at Dunkin'. Not a Starbucks fan myself. Not that there's anything wrong with them. Love Dunkin' and enjoy all their locations! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Stopped here while traveling on I-87. Staff was super unorganized and the hot coffee machines were not working. Employee Luke was very apologetic and seemed to be the only organized employee and was offering refunds to those who ordered hot coffees or offered to switch to a iced coffee instead. The floors were quite dirty around the indoor seating area, trash under each table.
