I am a regular customer of this location and i know the owner and most of the staff here. I am writing this review because I am very disappointed about the carelessness about hot coffee lid improper closing when served. this is the 3rd time , I end up with hot coffee on my clothes and getting burned because someone did not close the lid properly. I have requested this to be fixed many times, but seems I have to make either check the quality of the lids and cups for defect or train the workers to care about others' safety.

The staff at this Dunkin Donuts is so nice! They're friendly, they memorize your orders after a while, and they do a good job of accommodating your order even if it's not on the menu. You can tell that the individuals that work there get along very well with each other, which is probably why they offer such good service. Everyone there seems happy, which speaks volumes about Management. I made sure to tell the Manager all of this but had to leave a review as well. The only reason there is 4 stars for atmosphere is because I find the music too loud. I ordered the wrong latte and as soon as I got to the window I asked nicely if they can make a the correct one but the lady was set on not making a new drink, even though her coworker said it was okay to remake it. She did not want to remake it whatsoever. I decided just to pay for my other drinks and not the latte. Im not going to pay for a drink I don’t want. I decided just to go to another dunkin. Donuts are smaller-better for the waist. Poorly managed or just super busy at times. One person taking orders. 6 people doing other things. Saving grace -use the menu machine, and you get your food faster. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

There are a few things that I buy from Dunkin. Plain donuts, bagles with cream cheese and my favorite was the muffins with pumpkin seed on top. Of course, like many places they bring something very good to their menu and then they discontinue it. I cannot give 5 stars for that reason. I hope they bring them back, they called them Protein Muffins and they are delicious.

I stop here in the mornings for my coffee several days a week. I go through the drive thru and 90% of the time I only get coffee. This drive thru is one of the fastest drive thru Dunkin' locations around. Even if the line is wrapped around the building, I know it is only going to take a few minutes to get through everyone. Drive thru staff is always friendly and prompt and ready to help if needed. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Came here yesterday morning as soon as, they opened a big bug and bugs, were flying over the doughnuts. I had already bought them, but I tossed those nasty a......doughnuts out I'n the trash, where they belonged Nasty Dunkin Doughnuts, I'm not eating anymore dunkin doughnuts as long as I live. I'm going to Starbucks and Jewels to eat fresh "Who knows what is happening to that food in there?" If you got bugs flying, something wrong and JUST AIN'T RIGHT!
