Horrible service, truly. Was excited about the remodel but literally been there 3 times and every time got worse and worse. Never gave me the correct items. Left me at the third window last time without returning so I had to run in to ask for the rest of the order then was given an attitude???? Such a bummer. Never going back. So pulled in for my usual coffee. Put it in my cup holder and drove to work. Did not notice because of my winter coat, the lud was not secure. By the time I got to work, it was half poured all over my coat. This is the second time this has happened with the lid popping off. Please fix this!
