I’ve worked at a Dunkin myself for two years now. The only reason I go to this Dunkin instead of mine is because this one is close to my school. I ordered plain bagel minis and instead of the girl telling me they were all out, they just gave me everything minis. Which I am allergic to. I drive back to school to eat and realize I cannot eat it. Then drive back to the Dunkin for her to tell me they’re all out of plain bagel minis. I didn’t get a refund because it’s a stupid $3 and i don’t want to be a hassle. A month ago I came and got plain bagel minis and only received one as the other had probably fallen and the employees were too lazy to make another. Again I work at in fast food myself!! And I wouldn’t act like that. Do Better!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I've been here before having excellent results, in which a lady and gentleman went above and beyond for high customer expectations, this was not that time. A total 360, bought $3.29 bacon topped avocado toast, no slices like typical, little pieces of over cooked, hardly any bacon. Second time, same thing but not over cooked. Over baked carrot cake muffin, literally looks like someone pushed a finger in it while it cooled from the oven. This store is laughable. It took 15 minutes to go through the drive thru with 2 other cars with minimal items each. The employees seemed more concerned with social time than the three customers they had total. Not only that they couldn’t be bothered to actually place the order. It took me waiting and then pulling up to basically re order the order again. She didn’t put in order and that was apparent when she rambled off completely wrong items for the order. Pick up online orders are a joke too. They can’t even be done on time when the store has no one in the drive thru OR in store. Youre on a busy road and you people need to do better this is why im a Starbucks person. I worked in customer service and I usually have pretty good patience but I don’t have patience for deliberate incompetence and laziness. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered a sandwich got a donut and had to turn back around to get my sandwich. Girl who gave me my order asked for my receipt as if she didn't just see me 2 minutes before. Idk if she's new, she was polite about it all but still. 2 minutes passed and you don't remember. Today 1/28/2023 was the first time we have been to the 2 rush Schenectady ny location and when my daughter and granddaughter got their order there was a huge bit taken out of her bacon egg and cheese bagel. The same caramel latte that I order every time is constantly made differently every time. This was the last time I go to this dunkin. The food and drink was perfectly fine but we waited in line at the drive thru for over a half hour. When we got up to the window our food was not even made. It's now been multiple times including this morning where I've ordered something and it's been left off the order, and I don't find out until I get to work more than 15 minutes away. It's annoying and it's the closest one to me so besides complaining every time like a Karen, which I don't want to do, I don't know how else it'll change. Update 3 months later: the staff have now started to just ignore people when they stay at the drive thru window to tell them that something is missing from the order, purposely did not look at the window for the extra few minutes I stayed waving, as well as the person in front of me.
