If I could give this place zero stars I would! I should have saw the first red flag when I first walked in. I came in to place an order-no greeting no anything, just a look like I wasn't supposed to be there. When I asked for a price, the girl said to me rudely, "you can see the prices right there." I then proceeded to attempt to order and she tells me she won't be able to help me until I pay (mind you she has handed coffee and other items to "others" before me without them paying first. So I ended up telling her that I feel it's discriminating behavior and to just cancel my order. As I was pulling out I saw someone running behind my car trying to take my tag number. This is what let me further know how this store handles minority customers. So I returned and asked what the problem was and what reason was it to take my tag number down only because I said I felt discriminated against. The employees then proceeded to begin snickering and whispering with the other Caucasian customers and employees which just added insult to injury. I'm reading the reviews and I see that a lot of others have experienced this same issue. I wouldn't pay a dog to come into this store and spend money and I advise other minority customers to not do so as well. I have also sent a copy of the recording to corporate, and will be contacting the franchise owner as well as social media so everyone can see how this store operates. Finally I found a Dunkin that made my coffee just like I ordered it. I love Dunkin but some of the locations don't always get my order right. They also have a pleasant morning and lunch crew. I was very pleased today after coming to this location now 9 times now. I come here when I have a doctor's appointment on this side of town. As always I recommend this Dunkin for sure.
