Worst service ever. Gave them a chance to redeem themselves and waited till after 4 visits to even post- they dropped the ball every time from slow service with 4 or 5 employees standing around and talking instead of moving the line and getting people out, to serving a different coffee other than what I ordered to my final visit where they lied about having made me a coffee fresh and I was given old, stale coffee that bit me harder than I bit it. Had to pull back up and return that. Won't go back

Service Sucks. On Sunday morning I ordered a Hot latte with 1 pump sugar and they gave me hot latte with blueberry shot. Yak. And I also ordered a EGG and cheese wrap with No Cheese and these MF’s gave me wrap with cheese. I’m allergic to dairy and these MF’s spoiled my Sunday. Never going back. Drive-thru mumbles, Walk-in loses track of mobile orders. I only go to this location about once a month, and they've incorrectly made the orders 3 straight times. Food: 2 Service: 2

Coffee was the worst I've ever had. I ordered an Iced Coffee and it tasted like dirty water. I've been coming here for a while and stopped coming a while ago becuase of food... I wont be back. It wasn't even worth trying to save. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Bad service. Guy serving chewing tobacco and didn't close the lid properly so it spill all over my car . Never going there again

Stopped going here after being repeatedly hit on by a drive thru worker and a manager (guy wearing a gold chain). They would make suggestive comments and ask increasingly personal questions every time I would come to pick up my online order. I feel bad for the female employees and hope no one else is being harassed by them.

Always always have my drinks ready and on point from online order. I’ve been changing up my original drink I get recently and sometimes they forgot to put whipped cream.
