Nicely cooked sandwiches are so delicious here that they will certainly become one of your favorite food. Guests can eat good doughnuts and tasty bagels at this restaurant. Visitors don't like latte at Dunkin. A number of reviewers have noticed that the staff is attentive here. Terrific service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this place. From the guests' point of view, the atmosphere is cozy. But google users haven't given this spot a high rating.

Awful, this place should close. What's the point of a drive thru line if the employees forget that you are there and then when you place the order and get to the window they ask you your order again like it's being placed in store. On top of asking multiple times of what the order is and still somehow missing items and making the order incorrectly on coffee. + I was overcharged for my items. Employees also gave an attitude when I pointed out that my drink was wrong. They said to me that I didn't say that in my order even though they confirmed multiple times with me asking is this my order. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I usually don't like to complain but today I've never have been so angry. Not only I had to repeat one of my beverage order over 5 times cause the person at the window did understand what I was saying, then to be told that they couldn't do as I asked. Then I had to wait extra time for my sandwich to be rock hard and greasy as hell! I've worked in the food industry for a long time I get it that stuff happens but I have never have waited so long for three items in my life. I will not be returning. The woman working the register is wonderful, but the people preparing the orders are consistently incompetent at this location. This morning, I was the only customer in the drive thru and no customers were inside. I ordered a sweet black pepper bacon sandwich - which is supposed to have bacon, egg, and cheese on it - but after waiting several minutes I got a croissant with some bacon. No Egg. No Cheese. On multiple previous visits I have waited as long as 15 minutes without the drive-thru moving at all. One by one the cars ahead of me would pull out of line and drive away and I eventually did the same. Considering the number of customers that have left on these occasions without ordering, it is a miracle that this location is able to make any money and remain open. Service: 1
One of the worst ever. Drove all the way down to their plaza to get a cup of coffee and they can't take cash because they are not allowed to break a $100 bill. What kind of stupidity is this? Not having change makes sense but having the change but not breaking it means you're completely insulting and disrespecting the customer. Being a shop owner myself I don't know why they would even run a shop if they have a stupid policy of not a breaking a 100. Would not return here ever. Just plain stupid!!! (Being someone who pays cash I have been to other dunkin and this same dunkin as well before has accepted $100 bill don't know what changed within a week which is plain stupid!!)

I hate writing bad reviews but this is important knowledge for customers trying to time manage accordingly for work, and maybe some constructive criticism that can be taken into consideration for this location. Even if you place a mobile walk-in pickup order time-accordingly/in advance, if it’s a busy morning, THEY LOCK THE DOORS for everyone! And yes, that includes mobile walk-in pickup orders!! So then you’re stuck with the ultimatum of whether or not you have the time to sit in the lengthy line through the drive through for an extra 30 minutes (not kidding) even if your food is sitting there ready, or ditch your order and waste time, hunger, and $. Ugh. It’s Russian roulette ordering here; they either screw up your order, forget about it, or make you unknowingly sit in an extended, lengthy drive-through line regardless if you use the app beforehand or not for walk-in pickup…. At least just leave the door unlocked for walk-in mobile orders and tell others that you’re only taking new orders through the drive-through. I understand times are hard nowadays but this is a major inconvenience and sometimes a waste of money to a TON of customers.
I never write reviews but this Dunkin’ Donuts is legitimately the WORST I have EVER been to in my entire life. Lately they’ve been having the lobby closed due to understaffing, which is totally acceptable. I understand after the pandemic things have been rough on people and companies. However what is NOT OK is that they are keeping the lobby locked for everyone. So the past 3 times I’ve ordered here, instead of walking in and just grabbing my pre ordered coffee, I’ve had to wait RIDICULOUS times just to pick up my online order. I’m behind 13 cars currently. The lobby should be unlocked for people with online orders. It’s not that hard to put a sign in the door that says “lobby closed except for online order pickup”. Worst Dunkin ever. Worst management I’ve ever seen. Would give 0 stars if possible. Hell, would give negative stars to this place if I could.
The place is nice and people are cool and respectful. But I don't know if this is this is where dunkin donuts sends new people to train or something. They always send their veterans with skills away and you suffer thru the the learning curve Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I NEVER write bad reviews. If it isn't great, I let it go but I can't stand this location. I avoided it for over a year because there isn't an order they don't screw up. I always order from the app, so what I want is there - written out. Out of 100 orders, 100 are wrong. Once I waited in line for 45 minutes only to be told their cash register didn't work. I paid over the app and wouldn't need the register but still didn't get my food. Or an explanation. I went there by accident today with another app order and AGAIN they screwed it up. I tried calling them but their machine just says they are busy and try again later. The food is bad, the orders are wrong, the workers are awful. HOW is this place in business? So the day I went I was gonna do the drive thru cause having a kid it's just easier than getting him out the car seat to go in and back out to go back in the car seat for an iced coffee and donuts however the drive thru was broken and there wasn't any signs so we did go inside anyway and I asked the crew and they said yes it was broken so I asked why is there nothing saying it's not working and they didn't have an answer lol however got the donuts and iced coffee and the kid that took the order was nice and went and put out a sign the coffee was amazing that day to 🤣 donuts aren't the same but my 2 year old doesn't know that he was happy to Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Everything Stuffed Bagel Minis
