This dd by far is perhaps the worst dd you could ever visit. Employees are 10/10; very kind and friendly, awesome peeps. Manager is complete opposite. Store is clean and well maintained. Food quality is 1 out of 10. Order customizations like cheese, bread, extra meat are 100% ignored - this is a guarantee; they will NOT do customizations unless you go back and cause a fuss. I'll start off by saying that his location "USED" to be great. Unfortunately that's not the case anymore. Back when an associate named "Jennifer" was there, that location ran smoothly and efficiently. Her team was great. At least when she worked anyway. Ever since she left, I have noticed that things have gone downhill from there. Now it seems that they hire anyone with NO customer service skills at all and are just there for the paycheck!! Lately also pretty much every single time I'm at the Drive-thru, after each and every car, the associate would stick their hand out the window to stop the next car so that they can reset the "timer" for the drive-thru. This is so unprofessional and most of all, time consuming to the customer. How are you going to do that to every damn car during the morning rush knowing people have to go to work and you're making every car wait just so it seems you are not backed up.!!!! At 5 20 p.m., I tried the drive-thru to get a hot drink from the DD I go to every morning. After waiting for about 3 minutes and saying hello multipletimes and getting no answer, I decided to leave. When I passed the window, the employee, a girl, was wearing the headset and lost on her phone. It seems that some people don't go to work to do their jobs.

This location is the worst in Paterson. My biggest complaint is they only offer Dunkin Midnight dark roast in the morning and if you request a fresh pot they refuse to make it 🤷🏾‍♂️ ...it's like automatically assume it's a waiste to keep a pot available after the morning is over. This is the most ghetto Dunkin Donuts. The new staff is lazy and rude. I came to the drive thru at 9:30PM they took my order and then when I approached the window a worker came to the window placed the grid locks on and said nothing. I waited for a while and they continued to walk around the location. They closed the location at 9:30 when they are open until 10:00 and when I asked was a manager on duty the person responded no. I can not wait to complain in the morning. The rudeness and audacity is unacceptable & no way to treat a repeat customer.

The young lady has a attitude problem this use to be a great DD to visit I was verbally attacked because I didn’t want a donut that was touch with the bare hands of the cashier she said her hands didn’t touch it and she went back and forth with me and proceeded to call me the “B” Word and proceeded to come from around the register towards me to attack me and all the other employees had to pull her back all while still cursing at me it was absolutely a horrible experience and I had my grandson. This morning I was just trying to order some coffee and this older latina lady started yelling at me with attitude claiming I was giving attitude when i was restating my order. I am never the type of person to give attitude and i was surprised when she snapped at me. I get that some days people can be off but that’s no way you should treat a customer.
