Great experience! I was actually taken back when I walked in with how nice this Dunkin was! Great service, great coffee, great breakfast sandwich! Very clean!! Poor customer service, long wait for food (store was dead). Order messed up, staff did not seem to care. One guy kept touching his face and had his Mountain Dew in the food prep area. Awful service they can't even make hot decaf mooca hot coffee right with sugar an cream. Had go through the drove thorw window twice black lady was rude gave me my drink back rudely with a stir stick like u got to stir it with not giving me my lid back I pay for the drink they should stir the drink before giving the drink back. They should not hire the mentally challenged ppl to work there store I won't be going back to that duken donuts horrible job making drinks.

I went in to get a dozen assorted and two coffees and the lady taking our order was extremely rude, told us they didn't have certain things which was fine but she also didn't ring our order up right, and was making snarky comments about the truck order, when the man came over to get our assorted he started out by ignoring us and our requests for which donuts we wanted and slid them across the counter, we felt super rushed normally don't have any problems with this dunkin normally customer service is awesome but today wasn't so great, super rude. I asked for extra snack bacon seasoning so they loaded it with everything bagel seasoning. He ordered a buttered plain bagel, they gave him someone else's bagel with cream cheese on it. I asked for a vanilla cream doughnut. She grabbed the right doughnuts from the right spot. But it was a jelly doughnut that was not vanilla what so ever. Can hear the ladies behind the counter talking smack about something, unprofessional. The lady at the register was great with a positive attitude. We went this morning about 30 minutes ago. Will not be going back. Unfortunately it's the one closes to our house. But it's a loss we are willing to take. This Dunkin gets my order wrong every time and either adds stuff to my drink that I didn’t tell them to add, or they leave out something that I did tell them to put in it. Or, I can’t get what I want because they’re out of supplies, and then the delivery truck will literally be loading in supplies as I’m trying to place an order, and they tell me that what I want to order is on the truck. So the truck needs to be coming earlier. Food: 1 Service: 1

Stopped for a large hot coffee and an apple fritter. The coffee was hot and made perfectly. The apple fritter on the other hand was the worst I have ever had. I've had DD's apple fritters at numerous locations and they are consistently made the same. This stores rendition was a thick tough donut with apple filling... couldn't eat it..... awful.

Stopped at the Gastonia,NC location near I-85. Why? , because I really like Dunkin. When I handed the cashier a $20 for an $8 purchase, she said, “l can take a $20 but you won’t get any change, the drawer has no change. You can pay with a card or the exact amount in cash.” This is 2nd time in 6 months this has happened to me at Dunkin. Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I only go to this Dunkin' because it's close to my house. But 90% of the time I regret not driving twenty minutes out of my way to get a better coffee. Enjoying my turkey sausage egg and cheese on a bagel!! So glad I paid for turkey sausage and cheese when no cheese or a full patty was on my sandwich. Lord help this Dunkin…always been the worst one in Gastonia. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast
