I visited the drive thru at this location (which is horrendous to maneuver your car through) this morning with my daughter. I ordered a dozen donuts and specified that I wanted a mix of Boston crème, vanilla crème, powdered, glazed, and sprinkle donuts in the dozen. I was handed the box and drove home. When I opened the box, it had a bunch of donuts I didn’t ask for (bc my kids don’t like them). I called the store to see if I could get the donuts I asked for, but the phone was broken. I was speaking but the woman on the line couldn’t hear me, then proceeded to complain about people calling and not saying anything. I called back several times and now they won’t answer the phone. I won’t spend my money here anymore - the lack of service which could have been an easy fix just wasted my money bc the staff is inattentive to customers. I will say that the young man at the window was very kind and wished me a beautiful day, so I’ve given some credit to that bc it was nice to interact with someone who was genuine.
