The crew on morning shift are amazing!! They’re friendly, they’ve never gotten my order wrong and they’re fast paced. I’ve been coming in every morning Mon-Fri for a few months now; there’s never a been a day that they were anything but friendly even if they’re slammed. I occasionally stop at Dunkin by Marshall on my off days and I’m honestly never impressed with their service, they’re anything but friendly and they somehow always mess up my one item order. Truthfully I’d drive to Barboursville from Huntington every morning even if I didn’t work in bville. The service is outstanding, they’re by far my favorite Dunkin. It don't matter if you go inside or in the drive thru the workers here are very rude even the manager. They complain about customers in the drive thru in front of customers inside. They charge what they want. Their attitudes there is awful!! Wouldn't suggest it to anyone I go to Barboursville so I don't have to deal with them! Meal type Other Price per person $10–20 Service: 1

I ordered a caramel macchiato because it’s one of the easiest items to make, but dunkin severely messed up a simple recipe. It was nasty and so disgusting. I took one sip and had to throw it away. A waste of time and money. I don’t understand how you mess up a simple menu item as such that terribly. If I could I would give it a 0/10. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
