About 90% of the time there are coffee grounds in my cup of coffee and when it sits it tastes horrible...and the coffee cups always leak constantly.... There should be Way More Stars to Give to those, for that Special Lady that served me tonight a Hot Chocolate. Her Customer Service Skills were Impeccable in a Very Giving Friendly Humble way.. Dunkin’ is alright; kinda limited menu and coffee I find too hot to drink. Their croissants with bacon and cheese are especially tasty, but not pleasing as when they were offered at nearly half price for two for awhile. (Limited time offer, apparently) Usually worth a stop, with typically only brief waits….

Go here all the time but I’m finally done. Almost every time I come here there’s a huge line, take forever to take your order, then ask you again what you ordered, then make you an iced instead of a hot, the drive thru is a tie rods worst nightmare, and every once in awhile, they make a decent cup of coffee.

Both our sandwiches were cold in the middle, my wife's egg was still almost frozen. My egg was cold, and so was the croissant. Wife's coffee flavor shot was almost non existent, as was the customer in front of us, who handed it back after taking one sip, saying all she could taste was coffee. They did something to it, gave it back to her, and she still looked disgusted.

Not friendly kind of rude and they dont have have XL cups. If you want friendly service DO NOT go to this one. I'm being too nice in even giving them 1 star
