The customer service was great, and the staff had smiling faces. They greeted me with a smile. The avocado toast tasted good, making it a nice place for breakfast. The place was also neat and clean. Addendum: Two years later it is even better, if that is possible. Still a gem of a location. And proof good Staff can make or break you. Really concerned, smiling Employees who know you are starting your day with them. Why go to Starbuck's and pay double? The new Hummus Toast with roasted tomatoes is epic, as the Doughnut begin to fade into the sunset, and healthier choices become prevalent Also recently tried Avocado toast and the new Empanadas. I love coming to this Dunkin. The crew and managers are awesome here. Always happy.. i ordered my daily coffee and i forgot my wallet...They gave it to me for free.Then told me thanks for coming. This is the epitome of aggressively average American coffee. You don't get amazing reviews for being prolific. It's been a long time since Dunkin's roots of serving just good coffee and a variety of donuts. Now you'll find a decent selection of teas, and breakfast items, and the only remaining memory of a once bustling simple coffee shop is the speed of which you will be taken care of.

So I gave two stars for the fact the donuts were awesome and the drink was amazing BUT we also ordered breakfast sandwiches for the second time there and this is the SECOND time they've tasted like plastic. We usually don't order Dunkin donuts were usually Tim Hortons people but sadly we had to order through door dash this morning and well my kiddos wanted donuts. hope things change for ur sandwiches but we probably won't be back
