To start the staff’s friendliness and demeanor gets a 5/5. To end the coffee is always hit or miss - especially the lattes. The pup cup used to be a small hot coffee cup for $1, and now it’s an espresso cup…Starbucks gives you the espresso size pup cup for free…and they’re 5 minutes down the road - their coffee is always spot on. So, 3/5 for drinks (their food is gross anyway). For the record, I would PREFER to give patronage to my local Dunkin’ rather than city filled rhinebeck, but c‘mon. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
