Couldn’t figure out what I wanted and charged me 3x for an M ice coffee on sale. It would be nice if someone was on staff that could have processed a refund for the $5 beverage I didn’t order, and understood what was going on. Really, going to Dunkin’s are a gamble nowadays. Service: 1

Excellent service for a very packed place! Covid guidelines are followed and in place. Clean bathrooms and quick service. Some tables are also available. Coffee took a second but workers are all working hard and quickly and are friendly and competent.
