Take a break and try perfectly cooked doughnuts. Coffee that you can order is good. Food delivery is a big plus of this restaurant. The courteous staff welcomes people all year round. If you want to experience spectacular service, you should visit Dunkin'. Enjoy the exotic atmosphere here. I visit at least once a year to see if they improve. I used to like Dunkin, but the coffee seems watered down and expensive, the donuts pre-made in a factory and trucked to each location (at least in my area), so they are usually cold and not as fresh as they should be. If I could give zero stars I would. I love Dunkin' and I am a frequent customer. This is the worst location I’ve ever been to multiple times over. The customer service is horrible, they almost always are out of product, and the food is never properly prepared. I’ve given this location multiple tries but they have continued to be disappointing. One time we went and tried to order a dozen donuts and they said and I quote “Yeah you and everybody else. We are all out.” It wasn’t that they were out it was the customer service that ticked us off. This is only one example but I could give many. It’s come to the point I’ll go out of my way to go to the other locations further away. Dunkin need to do an undercover boss and overhaul this location. It horrible.
