I asked for Med Chai Latte, he gave me a small… when I told him I asked for medium, he argued that I paid for a small. I told him the sticker clearly says MD…he then gave me a medium with a deluded drink. Clearly he dumped the small and added milk… I was with my kids so didn’t want to make a scene, but I told him that the service is not what I’m used to and I won’t come back. Got a large hot coffe extra extra. Tastes like water. She says ok outs a shot espresso’ in it. I say mam it jus taste like water with espresso in it. Gets me another cup and now they forgot the cream and sugar. They to much in a rush. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
