This morning 2/24. Two workers. One brand new. Both working with the flu! Seasoned worker extremely rude to customers. Over 1 hour to get food after ordering online and driving down nothing was made. 2 workers finally came in and got things slowly better. Mutiple people got refunds because of the woman complaining about working with the flu. This store needs to be revamped and moved elsewhere! The new management has not made anything better! They literally only have 1 worker here today doing everything by herself I’m surprised she hasn’t just walked out this Dunkin location has always been the worst I’ve ever been to but this is a new low they hardly get your order right and the donuts are over cooked or dry this place needs new ownership and more employees this ridiculous I I shouldn’t have to wait over 30 minutes to get 1 medium cup of coffee and 2 donuts
