St Clair is my 2nd favourite location, but becoming more of my go to the last few weeks. Service is almost always quick(obviously the peak times slow down a little). Morning staff is always friendly. Can't say anything about the other crews as I rarely go to that location except for mornings. The workers are very nice and my order is always correct at this location. My only complaint would be that it's difficult to pay with cash inside. You have to get someone to sell you a gift card to use. Doesn't make sense, why not just have a register open since you are giving them cash anyhow to buy the gift card. The drive thru lane is very slow. I waited in line for 10 minutes then drove away. The line was as slow as it was during covid. I lost $4 on a coffee and donut but I couldn't wait any longer. The place is pretty clean and nice. But... Bacon was very cold and almost seemed refrigerated. The doughnut came out looking far different than what was pictured on the menu. There is not a live attendant to place your order with. This type of place just isn't my thing, I guess. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Love this place. There are some times (rare) my drinks don’t taste right but 100% of the time they fix it for free, complete replacement, even if I call about it days later. Never had an unpleasant experience here. Everyone is nice and 99% of the time you get exactly what you asked for. Visit this place at least 2/3 times a week.

These ladies are very rude 3 days in the past week i have been here . Ive been treated so poorly and i have been disrespected. Ive been cursed at in a low tone and i have been told im not worth it. All i did was order a 2 ice coffees in drive threw and came into the store because i forgot to order my sandwiches. I have no issues at any other dunkin donuts and the manager doesn’t even correct the disrespect. I canat believe i had to deal with this this morning before work. Then they were so nice to the lady behind me like i wasnt just being disrespected .
