If I could give it a 0 I would. My husband picked up donuts for my daughter's school and they were disgusting. I know they had to be either one or even 2 days old!
They were hard and dry and I was appalled. Will never spend any money here again. I mean my God it's called dunkin donuts and you don't even have fresh donuts???
I felt so bad I sent the kids fresh cupcakes a day later. If you want good donuts that are fresh, go to daylight donuts!

I got a Large Ice original latte hazelnut, When I got it it looked very sweet but when I tried it it literally tastes like a black coffee with some milk. Was not happy

Went inside and purchased 1diz glazed doughnuts. First time there and good quiet crowd. Couple of small tables to sit and eat. I ordered and left. Nice place and variety of pastries.

Pop in pop out. Not a lot of seating though probably not required. The staff was great! Donuts and coffee were as typically expected. You can buy your favorite ground Duncan coffees and mugs/cups at this location. Over quick and pleasant experience.

Egg and cheese biscuit tasted nasty. Cheese wasn't even on the biscuit, it was all stuck to the wrapper. They must have nuked it for 2 minutes. It was burning my hand. Had to wait 10 minutes to be able to attempt to eat it. Glazed donuts don't hold a candle to Krispy Kreme. Won't be back.

The service was great with a staff of around 6 or 7 and the bathrooms were very clean and modern. Drive thru was backed up so we chose to go inside. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel and it was delicious for fast food.

Went at 745 today HORRIBLE I ordered cold brew with sugar free vanilla ( didn’t get it! )
With caramel ( didn’t get it) cold brew ( didn’t get it ) it was nasty had to pour it out ! So very disappointed and staff was rude will not recommend and will not go back!!!😡🤢10 dollars wasted! Lesson learned !
This store was extremely busy, and the staff did the best they could, but it still took a long time to just get two coffees inside the store.

Two stars for now. I have enjoyed Dunkin' since the Jurassic period. Love the fact that Waynesville has this location that is usually a five-star joint. But...my daughter has gotten strawberry-dragonfruit refreshers several times that are amber in color, not pink, as they used to be in the past. We went back a few times to have them corrected. But this last time, the cashier stated that we would have to pay for more syrup. I'm sorry, for the standard- not the amber one, a result of a rushed employee or a greedy owner? We are almost every day customers! We should get high quality items that we pay for. Not altered ones that look nothing like the image on the Dunkin' website.
