If I could leave this Dunkin store (STORE #310138) 1/2 a star I would. I've never experienced anything like this nor should anyone else! On the ap it says the place has a bathroom so I pulled in. Out of respect I bought a donut and large coffee. As I was paying for it I asked where the bathroom was and the guy says they do not have one that it's only for employees. At that point I said I do not want my food (that I never touched), plus he didn't make coffee yet. He said he wouldn't give me a refund. I argued for 10 minutes then I said to call the police. He wouldn't so I flagged an officer down and explained the situation to him. He asked the guy if he could make an exception and the guy refused. I am usually in a Dunkin 3 to 4 times a week BUT will NEVER give them my business again. This employee was a total piece of garbage that should never be allowed to be in customer service! DONT GIVE THIS BUSINESS ANOTHER PENNY OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
