Busy or dead.... you will ALWAYS wait. Even if your coffee is ready, it will sit behind the line for 10 min before they think to hand it out. This is the worst dunkin I have ever been to. If I wasn't desperate for coffee and it was 2 feet from my work, I would not go here.
