Fraudulent charge came through on my debit card 30 minutes after using my card here and was the first time I'd used the card in a week. Beware it could happen to you. Don't trust the employees here.
The associate was VERY VERY PATIENT AND HELPFUL. HE WAS GREAT 👍 HE DESERVES A RAISE!!!!

So I’m pretty gracious person, but if someone can’t even get both of my drink orders right which in turns overcharges me for my husband’s drink technically, makes me just a tad bit irritated. First, I was given an iced drink instead of the hot drink like I ordered. When I questioned him, that I didn’t order that and showed him what I did order, he took it back and began grumbling to his co-worker about it. Then I was given the right drink, gathered my things (said thank you) went home and as I was getting out of the car, I noticed my husband’s drink looked just like black coffee not the added things we had ordered. It turned out, I was right(only black coffee) which in turn means we were not only given the wrong drink again, but was overcharged on his drink order. $3.68 for a black coffee. I get places have their off days, but the one guys attitude was completely uncalled for, he had the drink receipt in front of him.🙄
The woman who works in the morning is very curt and rude. She practically snatched my juice from my hand this morning. I don't know if she thought I wasn't going to pay for it or what. She never even asked if I wanted anything else, which I did. I gave her my donut order and she stood there with her arms folded once she got the donuts. I asked her "What's going on here this morning '? The next customer got the royal treatment which included a friendly "good morning "... I won't go back in there again, believe that! I can spend my hard earned dollars elsewhere!

The service was great, it's a small store in need of an upgrade. Very clean, I hope that they will be able to get an upgrade. Those folks are doing good work in spite of their challenges. I dined in. Not a fan of the tea.

Really nice people. Also got a free donut. Never in any Dunkin’ Donuts have I been treated like this. Best place ever. Bad part is that I’m from ohio. Wish we had service like this back home.

Trash service. Dismissive and customer service is disconnected from customers. No solution for complaints. You're lucky if they make eye contact with you. I have spent so much money in this store. I refuse to give them any more. Given, I mean they close when they state online they are open, Order one thing but you get something of less value. You go to make it right but they pass it off on other employees that are not there or they don't speak English. You come with Orders paid for but leave with Nothing. I rather go up the street where everyone understands that they're there to serve you, Order is always right. I'll pay the extra 10cents for the Service. Don't purchase here.
