Honestly such a terrible location. I don’t understand why the blonde male manager would even continue to work here when he’s THAT miserable. Huffing and puffing while doing the job HE chose to do. Such terrible service. Drive a little further to the next location, you’ll be better off. He’s miserable every. Single. Day. So sad

this place is a joke, 2 kiosks at the counter and no one taking orders. The guy in front of me, through no fault of his own, spent almost 5 minutes trying to find and buy what he wanted through the kiosk while an employee stood there and cleaned out a microwave. The place is set up for as little customer service as possible and believe me you’re not getting any anyways. Someone taking orders could’ve cleaned out the line in 2 minutes. we finally walked out. Save yourself the aggravation and drive just a little farther towards Bartlett, and get fresh coffee and bakery stuff at the vintage bakery.

There's zero service and the atmosphere is terrible. Couldn't go through the drive through so went inside. You have to order off of a kiosk which is slower then a 7 year itch. The employees refuse to take cash unless you are going through the drive thru but they have a tip jar out for CASH tips. Makes a lot of sense don't it. Dunkin should be ashamed of this location.
