Their hot coco never fails to be just right. Their machines always work. They are friendly. When I have rough days, as I am sure they do as well, yet they still make sure to make us feel welcomed and ready to serve. They will be no cars in the drive thru and barely busy inside. They take for ever to get to the speaker and longer to do a mobile order that was already put thru in the app 15 mins prior to getting there for pick up. On top of all that alot of the employees are rude. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
