My wife loves to stop here and grab an iced coffee. I enjoy getting a breakfast sandwich. Wasn’t bad honestly but my biggest complaint is they are no longer carrying mayonnaise packets! They used to. Mayo is a must have for me!!

I am writing this for the sake of the owner.
I entered your store and was scowled at by 4 employees who proceeded to not serve myself at the register. When I walked over and asked for help they walked away.
I am a properly dressed and professional business owner, no gang signs or tattoos or racial slurs on my body, nothing sexist anywhere on me or out of my mouth.
The only words I said were "May I please order" and I was as kind as possible as I have worked food service before and understand it is hard.
But this? This happened the morning of February 9th, 2024. Those employees need to be retrained as they are costing business and garnering a poor reputation for your store.

First off all I want to start off by saying DO NOT GO HERE. I went on 1/16/24 and let’s simply say a blindfolded monkey could take orders and make food way better than anyone there can. 5/5 times of being here they have messed up my order. Every time I get home to enjoy the simplest of breakfast food I open the wrapping to a very HORRENDOUS makeup of what I ordered!

The coffee was beyond bitter. Couldn't drink it.

The night shift people do not do their jobs on 11/19/23 I showed up at 8:30 and waited at the line and no one showed up I drove around and no one was in there. And even when they are the night shift are rude and non compliant

I'm torn in how to rate this Dunkin. As we approached, there was a sign on the door that said they were short staffed so it was drive through only. As travelers that went out of our way to find a Dunkin for the treat, but also needing a bio break, the locked door was not helpful. However, the fact that the guy at the window showed up, patiently waited on customers at the drive thru, I respect him for not just going home himself. The coffee was good and one faithful employee saved the day for this reviewer, I hope they appreciate this employee, I wish I had gotten his name to give him property credit. He worked, or held down the fort, mid afternoon on New Year's Eve, 2023.

The drive through is the only thing consistently open. Somehow the service and quality control of food is usually worse than any other Dunkin. It depends on what staff you get, generally the morning on a weekday is the safest bet. It's meh. But it's the only thing around. Not a fan of any of the food, but that's how Dunkin is and not this store's fault.

I get Dunkin pretty regularly in dubois. They have messed up my order multiple times before but they usually fix it and everything is fine. Today I had to go back 3 times. I ordered three drinks and they forgot the whipped cream, I told them and they fixed it. I got my other two drink and started to pull off but realized another one was wrong so I went back through the drive through. They said they realized after and took the drink back and gave me the one I ordered. So I pull off a third time and finally take a sip of my own drink to realize there isn’t any sugar in it. I go back again and tell them I don’t taste any sugar. The guy (I believe the manager) said he couldn’t re-stir my drink after I drank from it and gave me sugar packets to fix my own drink.

I always order the same drink when I go to Dunkin. This Dunkin never gets it right. They even left the tea bags out one time and gave me a cup of hot water with no tea bags. Tonight they have me tea with no sweetener! I give up.

Have come multiples times to the same two people at night working and they always are in the worst mood with the worst customer service, for the second time i’ve ordered a latte that didn’t have any coffee and was just milk and shots of flavor! Waste of money the sheetz down the street has better coffee 90% of the time!
