I like this location.. but it gets busy, and with only 2 people working, the one making the drinks that day was so overwhelmed that my hubby a pre-diabetic ( he can have SOME sugar, but he has to "tone it down") orders unsweetened the way it's made but only 1 pump of a flavored syrup.
I watched the kid make our drink... But since there were multiple people waiting.. I wasn't sure if it was ours or not, so I didn't say anything because I couldn't see the sticker. But when he put it down, we checked the name and it was ours, start to finish. And it had 3 pumps of the pink velvet.
This won't kill him of course, but it should be made known that our health is in their hands. They should REALLY have like 3 people working on busy weekends. It was still right after the holidays and the mall was packed. We waited for a bit too and there was a line( as usual). Great for business, but pay attention to scheduling, and the upper management should stop hording all the revenue. You guys are overworking your staff in EVERY location I visit. Including one of my manager friends in Lynn. She's even burned herself and had to keep going during call outs and such.

The lady who served us was so rude. she was screaming at customers and her poor co worker. She yelled at me for mis saying a food. I then watched her yell at multiple other people. Completely unacceptable.

Horrible, lady scoffed at us once we got to the counter. She proceeded to get our order wrong(missing one donut). We told her and she THREW our bag of two donuts in the trash. She they got the correct amount of donuts all three…. And threw the bag at my mom. Literally threw it. Maybe it was because we are wearing masks? Maybe since my mom is using a walker. Maybe she had a bad day. No excuse. PERIOD.

My bagel was fresh and toasted perfectly, and I like that I wasn't charged because I asked for extra cream cheese (which happens a lot at other locations).
The staff is slightly rude, and speak another language when talking to each other, which makes you feel like they are talking about you.
I can overlook rudeness for the perfect bagel.
I spent almost $4 on a signature iced latte here, I've had them many times before and the one I just got is down right disgusting, it takes like regular coffee that they decided to try and playoff as an ice latte and downed it with milk. I will never again order a latte from this location which stinks because its the only one near my job.

My power breakfast sandwich was literally COLD in the middle just because I ordered an extra patty. My refresher was watery and I’ve never been so disappointed at a dunkins.
My wife and I got food poisoning yesterday after having bacon-egg-and-cheese on the croissant from this place at around 11:30AM. My NP wife suspects it wasn’t salmonella, but rather something like “dirty employee hands” or spoiled/expired ingredients.
Tried to call the number on the google maps, nobody picks up the phone.
I was there this morning and I had a very bad service from the tow ladies they didn’t care about customers with very bad attitude and nasty food (sandwich was cold and not fresh ) never go back again 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Everytime I go there they are out of almond milk, fill coffee only halfway, and taste terrible. Horrible management, she is so mean, even to mall employees and we are there everyday. I am not going there anymore. I can't stand the way she looks at and speaks to people.
