They have gone downhill over the years. At one time Dunkins was open 24 hours. Not bvb today though. Too often they have little to no choice of donuts and or pastries.

The place is clean and it’s a cute location. The staff however were rude, two of us standing in line while staff were talking and swearing and when they realized that the customer in front of me was annoyed, they decided to notify us that they were waiting on a machine restart. The service was extremely slow, I ordered an avocado toast and couldn’t eat it because it was too hard by the time it was handed to me. Staff members were sweating and talking about each other’s appearances in front of customers without a care in the world. I will be skipping this location for sure. I can’t even believe how this location continues to be open when they are so severely understaffed. There were only 2 girls behind the counter on an insane Saturday morning with a line out the door, never ending to-go orders, and angry customers. The poor things were clearly drowning. I understand it is hard to just close down a chain like that, but if is unethical to force people to work like this. Please do better, Dunkin. Food: 5 Service: 5
