Terrible customer service from the assistant manager. Slammed the window shut so hard it opened again, every time. Scanned my points. Ran off. Realized it was just my points, SNATCHED my card out of my hand, slammed window shut, slammed it open and shoved my card in my hand, slammed window shut and ran off again. Shoved drinks in my hand so hard I thought the lid was going to come off. All because she doesn’t like me as a person for something that isn’t my fault. Horrible customer service and professionalism. You treat all customers the same, no matter the person, at that time they are just a customer.

I’d love to give zero stars. The way the staff INCLUDING THE MANAGER spoke to my fiancé today was insane. I’ve never heard of a store acting like that! So so unprofessional. They mess up my order constantly and get angry and vindictive if you ask them to correct it. Today was the last straw we won’t be giving another DIME to the dunkin in Gray. Consistently terrible service from at least two specific employees. The bagels are stale and don’t ask for extra cream cheese or you will be disappointed.
