I ordered a bagel toasted with butter. but it was not toasted. Also, does Dunkin have a "No Pets Allowed " policy. They should. During my visit at the Danville Dunkin, someone carried a small dog inside to the counter service area. The management may want to act on that. Thank you. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Quality went down over the years but the quality has been improving since the pandemic and I have a feeling it’s gonna go up in a few months and then it goes up in the future and then I think we can all agree on the fact we have to be patient with the fact we are all doing it is just not the way it should go but it’s going up. I would give a zero if possible… they handed me a bagel and a cream cheese container and told me to put it on myself. I told them the reason I am here is for somebody else to make it. I can make my own bagel at home. Worst place ever! Atmosphere: 1

This is a great place to go to get a cup of coffee this is a great place to go and get respectful service however this is the worst place to deal with getting in and out of because none of the customers that come there care enough to stay off with their phone and pay attention to their driving right off the side of a major local highway If people would just pay attention to what is right leave their phones alone while they're trying to drive and make a order life would go so much simpler for these ladies in this building and all of us
