The employees tried to harrass and belittle me, the customer, over forgetting my items and giving me a wrong kind of donut on my order as well... An employee even tried to claim to be the manager, after I confronted them about my missing and cold items and blamed it on excuses and even accusing me of being wrong, instead of taking responsibility and making it right. Turns out they werent even the manager and the true manager gave me a gift card for 5 dollars and told me to never come back because i was so disgruntled by the service which has never happened in my life... Love dunkin, hated this terrible experience and I know they can do better, since I frequent the wausau dunkin donuts store often and their food AND customer service is beyond spectacular. They blow this one out of the water. Never expected this kind of service after being a dunkin donuts customer for so long and placing a 30 dollar order only for it to be handled improperly and inappropriately. They even burnt the cheese on my sandwich. The whole ordered tucked not just the missing items and going back to the store twice...

Went to a different Dunkin today, assuming the Bridge Street one was the only one that was making the mistake on my non-dairy matcha latte each day. But the same thing happened here.
I paid extra for oatmilk and my drink label still says "Milk" and "Oatmilk" and contains both dairy and non-dairy milk. This seems to have only started about a month or so ago, and before then, I had ordered the Matcha Latte with oatmilk every day for several months with no issue whatsoever.
What did I pay extra for? Why are you putting milk in the options that your menu and website clearly state can be ordered with VEGAN, NON-DAIRY SUBSTITUTIONS? This is a serious health issue as consuming dairy makes me violently ill. I am lactose intolerant and potentially allergic to dairy, yet when I order and pay extra $$$ for non-dairy items, you are charging me for the oatmilk and still giving me dairy that will cause me severe illness.

My kids absolutely enjoy coming here for the donuts before school, and are in love with the frozen hot chocolate! They love going inside because the crew are always super friendly, and the environment is a fun place to be. The paintings are adorable and my kids adore them! I’m never disappointed with my coffee either, and one of my personal favorites are the double chocolate donut and iced lemon loaf!

Ordered a coffee and a bagel. Was charged for two bagels, and given one. When I pointed out the mistake, they handled it promptly and professionally. Also the bagel was stale, and I had gone there around 11:00 a.m.
