Their coffee is usually ok. I drove 20 minutes out of my way to get there by 8 pm closing. Website says 8 pm. Google says 8 pm. Hours on the drive-thru says 8 pm but they were closed by 7:52 pm when I arrived. I rapped on the window and some greasy-haired dirtball slid it open and said they close at 7:50. Stuff was already tossed. Coffee dumped. Drove there for nothing. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I ordered a frozen coffee and they made it with ice and had no flavor on it. Also, the drive-thru girl was rude. Don't even try anything from this Dunkin. Please don't waste your money. This place is a joke. Service: 1

I normally go to this dunkin pretty frequently & don't normally have an issue. The only thing that bothers me is the fact that the same woman who was out front smoking a cigarette came straight to the window to serve us. I made a mobile order, was missing things and my coffee was also made wrong... Maybe instead of hanging outside and smoking - help the customers waiting in line first. 3 stars for now because they keep running out of my blueberry glazed donut, and their lobby is usually closed. Once everything comes back to normal, I'll update my review, but their window service is great, very nice and amiable people.
