Never going back. This place has gone downhill in the last year. Every time I get coffee there are chunks of coffee grounds in it. The store is not very clean or inviting. Seems the dining experience was lost somewhere, takes order and walks away, waited 20 mins for 2 hot terrible coffees and 1 dozen variety donuts INSIDE. Terrible customer service. Not very clean inside the small dining area. The restroom soap dispenser was totally empty! ( The sign in the restroom says employees must wash their hands before returning to work ) So, I'm guessing if an employee previously used the restroom, their hands were not washed before waiting on us! Just ewwwwww... The toilet paper holder was missing the big plastic outer part. And the bathroom was not clean at all.
