Best Dunkin’ in the area. I usually stop here in the morning on my way to work. Whether placing an order for pick up in the app, or ordering in-store, the food is always fast and hot. There are no shortage of Dunkin options in the area but this one is the best, believe me I've gone to them all lol. Really nice people. The only time I've had an issue, they went above and beyond to fix it. Can get slightly busy during rush hours, but never bad. Order ahead on the App and you won't have to deal with it. This location charges for things others do not. $1 for a cup of water, 60cents for less ice. And they outright lie about it if you ask. The last guy who helped me refused to give me a receipt so I wouldn’t see he’d charged me. Service Take out Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Always makes my frozen coffee with ONE pump of mocha wrong. The drink on the left is what I received. The three Dunkin’s in this area all mess my order up in this way often. It’s basically a cup of chocolate syrup with ice. The drink on the right is what it should look like which I got from a different Dunkin down the road. (Friday at 5:45 pm)

Service was ok. Atmosphere was ok, clean! I ordered the breakfast wraps, something to put on my stomach, not too heavy while out driving. I didn't eat inside, I took my order to go. The packaging should be revised. To get to my destination only to have my wraps disheveled and all of my cheese in the bag was a huge disappointment. I like when my food stays together. The app and online say they are open unit 8 but when you go there. Their doors are locked. It's 4:24pm so their doors should be open. If they are only want to open the drive thur they need to say only drive thru is open. Service: 1

Another disappointing trip. I brought my children to the store and arrived at 7:30 and the door were locked. The workers said go to the drive through. We went in the line to order ice cream. The worker stated that they now stop serving ice cream at 6pm. I was there recently at 7:30 and was able to get ice cream. We ordered two doughnuts and as we pulled up to pay, we got the two and watched the other worker throw a giant tray away. I tried to ask when the ice cream hour changed and got nothing in response.

This place never has the drinks advertised on Dunkin’s website. If you go through the drive thru it’s impossible to understand why the employees are saying. I placed an order and it was repeated back wrong and when I clarified the employee sounded annoyed I ordered something they didn’t have (but has been advertised on Dunkin’s site). When I asked if they had a seasonal special cold brew currently, the employee began to mumble through the speaker. I told that I was sorry but I couldn’t understand what he was saying and he began to yell, once again sounding annoyed that he had to repeat himself. I typically don’t leave reviews but this is not the first time something similar to this situation has happened at this specific location. I will not be returning
