I wanted to order a coconut milk refreshed but I guess that has been discontinued. When order the girl taking the order was snotty and was acting like we were inconvenience to her. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese pancake wrap and a strawberry refresher. There was no one behind us nor in the store, they had us pull up to the front. It took 15 minutes or so just to make 1 good item! When I took it out of the bag they had burnt the cheese! The girl who brought it out was snotty. Drive thru clerk asked me to repeat my order 2 times. I was VERY specific, as I feared a mistake with my order. They gave me my change, no receipt (requested)and asked me to pull out front to wait for my order. There was NO ONE at the counter and only 1 person behind me at drive thru. I waited 14 minutes, 6 other drive thru customers AFTER ME were given their orders!! Finally got my order, and it was only half correct. Total incompetence of this crew that was working today. Worst experience. Trying to order: Waited about 5 minutes at the register and they were not busy. I was told they don't have salted Carmel iced coffee only cold brew. They put my blueberry coffee in as vanilla. I handed the cashier a coupon, she scanned it and handed it back to me. Smh. I left it by the register. Getting my order: Employee gave me a small instead of my large. I ordered 4 drinks, she gave me 3. No blueberry was added to my coffee. I was not offered a carrying tray, so i had to grab it myself. Manager was helpful. He corrected my blueberry coffee. So i ended up with an extra small coffee. He made the missing drink. After leaving: 3 out of the 4 drinks didn't taste right. One person ended up sick off theirs. The end result. Ordered 4 drinks, got 5 drinks and all 5 were dumped out. 0 stars. Service: 2

I stopped here today for the first time in over a year, that was a mistake. Not only were the employees rude, but they were disorganized. I had to ask for my receipt 3 times. The donuts were stale and poorly iced. They were a disaster to even attempt to eat. Glad I wasted over 7 dollars for 6 of them. The drinks were fine, but we had to wait over 10 minutes for one of them when the store was not busy. I seriously thought they had forgotten about me after having me pull around. There was no thank you or have a nice day from them. I will not be returning to dunkin, especially when there is a kwik trip and a starbucks right down the road. It's kind of sad when gas station donuts are better than the donuts at a store with donut in it's name. Do better.
