This place is the first place to get swarmed whenever there is a power outage and I hate it. It's probably the number 1 Dunkin in Ellsworth in its facility's. but the service is a roll of the dice. They think company policy supercedes state laws and they allow a toxic work environment, which may also affect you as a customer. They will also make compromises to get orders out faster so you will find they make a lot of errors. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
