Woman on the intercom showed poor customer service and was very aggressive. We would have ordered more if it wasn't for her poor attitude. The remodel is a big mistake, the service is slow, the employees are not working all they do is stand around and talk. The order is not the way it supposed to be and they still have the same excuse to not take back the coffee and add more cream/milk.
