Ordered on the app to pick up but apparently just the drive thru was open and nothing on the app said that…had to wait in the long drive thru line. Service Take out

No doubt. The worst Dunks ever. No customer service and the employees look bothered. 5:20am no ice tea and my order is wrong at times. No excuse. There is never a wait tho. Surprise!! Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

Just went there for a coffee and muffin. The coffee was fine but the guy at the window had no customer service. Gave me a dirty look when I even looked at my coffee. And when you open the window to hand me my card he yelled at his coworker, WHAT! Instead of saying something like have a nice day or something like that. It's not even 6:30 in the morning yet, maybe try smiling

Older manager was screaming at her employee, could see tears in employees eyes . Was a young girl don’t think that is appropriate especially in front of customers. Feel bad for the workers there . Decaf coffee always cold . Wouldn’t go there workers never look happy and manager is a verbal abuser to her employees. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

If I could give 0 stars I would and I usually don't post reviews but i have to say that this is the worst dunkin donuts ever. I have been a long-time dunkin donuts customer. When this dunkin donuts opened in dracut a few years ago, I was so excited that there was one so close to my house. I was sadly disappointed. The coffee is terrible and on several occasions when i order food, i am told that they are not serving hot food at the moment. What is more infuriating is that i will wait in the drive thru line for 10 minutes and then when I get to the order speaker i am told no food. They should at least post a sign in the drive thru. This is not an isolated incident. I have tried to order bagels everyday for the past 5 days and I am told that they are not serving hot food. Unbelievable.

This message is for the owner . I was so happy when this first opened because it was in the perfect location on my way to work. Unfortunately it is extremely poorly run. There is never decaffeinated coffee made especially in the morning. I have to go inside instead of through the drive-through to ask for it because every time I do it's never made and have to wait. It is also not clean inside. It's Disappointing because you are in such a great location. Please take the time to improve your business.

Absolutely disgusting behavior by the vile employee who thought it was appropriate to cuss and speak like a street walker in front of my children with her delinquent friends. Then, when the issue was brought to the manager, nothing more than a shoulder shrug and a quiet "I'm sorry" was all that was given in response. Abhorrent behavior to the fullest! The owners of this Dunkin should be ashamed of themselves for hiring such disgusting trash as employees. Would give 0 stars if possible! Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20

The worst service ever encountered. The only one that knew what she was doing was working drive-thru. And having to come assist the other 2 that had no clue what day of the week it was. You can tell those 2 didn't want to be there. I will never go back to that location again. Oh and once handed my order ' they forgot another item on my order which were simple donuts. They weren't even busy. Omg...

Very friendly. Nice seats for group . Big parking lot. Nice environment outside, natural green with coffee.
