Second time trying this location. Wanted to give them a second chance. Nope, burned our bagels, hash browns were soggy. Coffee tasted awful. Place is always filthy too. Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

After various visits, wanting to give them a chance, this place gave me a perfect reason to finally make my own coffee station at home. The staff here is inconsistent. Sometimes they give you a correct order, with friendly service. But more often than not, they get your order wrong and just chuck it at you and slam the window shut. I’m not expecting a hug, but a “thank you, have a nice day” isn’t that difficult. It’s as if some of these kids don’t know how to communicate in person and if you’re not a phone screen they can’t figure out how to interact with you. And no, I’m not a “Karen” or a “boomer”, we’re talking basic efficiency and manners. One time they didn’t put the lid correctly on my cup and the hot coffee spilled in my car when I tried to place the cup in the cup holder—I almost burned my hand. During my visit, I noticed the person at the drive-thru window was wearing a dirty uniform, had poor grooming and absolutely filthy fingernails. Your employees handle food, and represent your company. Basic hygiene isn’t an extraordinary expectation. I realize this is a casual establishment, but there’s a difference between casual and looking like you live in a dumpster. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
