Every time I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts someone has an attitude customer service is very horrible. This is why I hardly come to this location because the people that want to work but want to be rude to the customers if they’re upset about their daytime job they don’t need to be working in that field let alone Dunkin’ Donuts.

I have gone to this Dunkin a lot in the past but let me tell you they never fail to make my drink wrong, gave them the benefit of it all and gave it a try today one last time and they literally handed me a cup with cream and sugar...luckily after waiting almost 15 minutes for my food and drinks (which were simple and it was not busy) but the food was hot. It took 15 minutes to have 2 pancake wraps made when the store was empty because the employee who took my order decided to take a personal phone call and just walk off; and nobody thought to ask me what I was waiting for until ten minutes of waiting.
