Doughnuts and other food aren't bad, but selection is limited. I was a little annoyed that there was no milk at this location. Customer service is adequate, but not great. Prices are high, even for doughnuts and water. Prices are more the government's fault, but there are no 2 for 1 discounts, or meal deal discounts. No Groupon discounts either. I like Krispy Kreme better, as far as doughnuts, pricing and customer service.

Probably one of the worst locations I’ve been too they never add sugar went everyday at one point and they never put any in an when you ask they get an attitude like you did something wrong and there sandwiches are basically just warm I know the “morning rush” or whatever but lack of service is crazy if I could give them 0 stars I wouldn’t waste my time coming here

Definitely very disappointed in how they prepare there cold coffees. They forget to add coffee. Check pictures for yourself. Sad because they say everyone runs on Dunkin. But the quality it's not worth the money. You ask for them to be redone and they give you the same stuff. I prefer you be honest and say your out of coffee and don't sell creamer with Ice.

OLD HARD DONUTS BEING SERVED HERE. Absolutely not ok. Just moved to the area and came here and will never be back. Ordered a dozen via the drive thru and a coffee. Came home and realized that 8 of the donuts were hard. It's 10 in the Am, how is that possible?? I've been to Dunkin at 7pm and still had fresh, soft, edible donuts. So I had to make a trip back only to be offered some of the same hard donuts. Adopt a better standard. I took the $ loss today but hopefully you won't have to. It's like a slice of bread. Not a donut. Just feel it and see.

Waited a 9 minutes in drive up line decided behind 1 car at ordering station, then when my turn waited 7 more minutes without being acknowledged while listening to the workers chat. Decided to try coming in for coffee and donut. There I noticed a bewildered man waiting at the counter and a filthy mess. I decided to go get a Schlick of pizza and a coke instead after waiting nearly 20 minutes at this place and at 2:30 well past a morning rush. This is a shame
The customer service is very poor. The workers are very rude and careless. I've given them chance after chance after chance. Donuts are often hard. One time a chocolate frosted donut had almost no chocolate on it, just a bit clumped on the side. The coffee is always inconsistent. Sometimes it's like drinking straight sugar, this most recent time it's very bitter. Sandwiches are always so sloppy; this time it had the incorrect cheese, a squished croissant that was also burnt, and undercooked bacon. Getting your order taken is confusing, they talk low, if you dare ask for something or complain about your order being incorrect they're very rude, they over charge, the place is dirty, they take extremely long... need I go on? It sucks it's the closest Dunkin with a drive-thru but it really isn't worth it. Spare yourself the trip and go to one a few minutes farther. It's worth it.

While the service was fine, the grilled cheese sandwich at almost 6.00 was extremely disappointing. You receive two slices of thick bread, but a sliver of cheese. I think there may have been a slice between the bread. I will continue to buy coffee but not food - not worth it.

I’m gonna stop giving this dunkin, I pulled up to the drive through and the man that works there at the drive through window has an attitude all the time, I went through and accidentally said iced chai latte and I meant iced matcha latte and I said I’m sorry but I meant something else and he told me he can’t take it off I said can I add it to the order and he still tried to charge me for it? I said can you take that off and he said he can’t I said why then he finally took it off, today I went to get the matcha latte and the milk tasted spoiled! Had to stop drinking it and had to go to a different dunkin!

I waited for my mobile order for over 20 minutes, just to receive my coffee that I specifically asked for 1 pump of Carmel and I received a cup of sugar ( no coffee) it literally looked like milk.. very disappointed, bagel was extremely hard and nasty..
