If I could do a minus star I would! Untrained teenage employee, after taking my money and giving me my change she forgot for several minutes to get me my donut. Said donut was ROCK HARD. No way was it baked/fried that day or even the day before. When I asked for a napkin (which was NOT in the sack), I was told they were out there (pointing at the tables). Fine if you are on 2 legs, NOT if you are in a wheelchair. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Very gross! Workers are absolutely terrible, rude, and disrespectful. I went there a couple days ago and seen a worker blow their nose and not wash her hands as she continued to touch food and drinks and cups. The manager was a total creep. Donuts were rock hard and my coffee was missing expresso. Then when I asked for a new donut and add expresso the manager threw a fit about it and was very rude. Definitely not going here again. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. i order two bacon egg and cheese sandwiches and didn’t get egg on neither sandwich. i bring it back just to receive the uttermost disappointing customer service. i ask them how can you mess up on two sandwiches that are the same? and i know for a fact it was the manager; this woman told me to shut up and not to make a big deal. i’m not gonna lie i was already having a bad morning but that really topped the cake. AS A MANAGER HOW DARE YOU SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER IN SUCH MANNER WHEN YOU WERE THE ONES WHO MESSED UP ON THE ORDER!! this place needs new management asap. Coffee is good but if you order donuts online later in the day they well ne out and you well have to be refunded so that app is not 100 correct restaurant could be a little cleaner but the service is good Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

Doughnuts are good...and plenty of them despite the fact I was there just after the morning rush to get the doughnuts. Aside from the the dirty lobby. Which is the first thing you see (1st impressions are everything). I finally found my favorite chocolate cream filled. Unfortunately it was old, stale and tasteless. Went here while at walmart around 5:30pm. The floor and tables were disgusting with spills and food everywhere. The two cashiers were nice, but overwhelmed with 3 customers in line. Nothing stocked, boxes stacked. Finally got my coffee and it was straight up NASTY and bitter. It was a mocha that tasted like soap. I threw it away after 2 sips, just to make sure it was nasty.
