i’m only giving them 2 stars because the woman who took my order was so sweet and is amazing at her job. now for the girl with red hair that was rude to me and my little sister is another story. we went to go to the bathroom and there a no signs anywhere saying the bathroom is customers only. we did plan on getting something any ways but we all really needed to use the bathroom first. we figured someone was in the bathroom cause it was locked so we were waiting she then proceeded to give us an attitude saying that the bathroom is customers only. i politely told her that’s fine i plan on getting something we just really need to go and she AGAIN gave me an attitude about coming up and grabbing the bathroom key. mind you i had my 13 month old son in my hands AND a boot on from a foot injury. she was rude, disrespectful and ruined the whole experience. after using the bathroom and ordering my coffee i see her making peoples food with her hair down WHILE RUNNING HER FINGERS THROUGH IT. as an ex dunkin worker this is unacceptable and she should be either retrained or fired cause this was unreal. but to the girl who took my order/made my coffee? you deserve a raise. you were respectful and nice and my coffee tastes amazing!

This Dunkin' Donuts really needs to assess the people they hire. I made a stop there the other day to get a coffee and the girl making my coffee was completely unfocused I think the other employee said her name was Mandy or something like that I mean the girl was so disrespectful and so rude and not to mention she made my coffee wrong and I repeated it to her three times and she still got it wrong. So after going back in three times because this Mandy girl decided to not pay attention to my order she told me oh well I can go to another Dunkin Donuts if I'm not happy that is exactly what she told me and I am sorry but that is not how you speak to your customers for one for two she look like she hadn't slept in 11 months. I mean come on Dunkin Donuts you got to do better especially when you're hiring people. I will never go back to this Dunkin Donuts ever ever again and I have been a regular customer for about 14 to 15 months now you guys lost a really good customer and it sucks because during Christmas time I always leave the employees a nice little gift card and she just ruined it for everybody so you guys can think your employee Mandy if I'm even saying it correctly because her words were so slurred she acted like she was drunk maybe when she gets fired I'll bring my business back there but until then you guys got to do better

my sister and i came to this dunkin location because we wanted coffee and both had to use the restroom and we had to change my nephews diaper so we went inside. we went to open the bathroom door and it was locked so we figured someone was in there and we were just standing patiently waiting. An employee with red hair rudely says “the bathrooms for customers only” and my sister politely said “oh we just have to use the bathroom real quick then we’re gonna get coffee” the red haired employee rudely responds “ok well you need the key” so we go up to the counter to get the key and use the restroom then this older woman took our order and she was so nice. As we were waiting for our order and we noticed the red hair girl had her hair down and no hat/visor while making someone’s food. I currently work at dunkin and my sister used to and having your hair down especially while making someone’s food is definitely against dunkin health policy.
