I'm giving a one star because there is no option for a no-star...
This evening, I stopped at this particular DD and ordered my usual decaf coffee. My order was taken as usual at the drive-thru and seemed nice. When I get to the window, I am told they have no decaf coffee because not enough customers order decaf. I proceeded to say, but my order was taken at the window for a decaf. Worse part is....the person I was talking to at the window says (and I quote), "we can add water to your coffee." What?! Are you kidding me?! I am an avid DD customer and have been to many, and I mean many Dunkins as I am always on the road for my job. I have always been treated nicely and never had issues but after tonight, I will have to think about going to another DD.
Great experience today. Amazing service the gentleman at the register was very nice and helpful. Food was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend this location!
