I come to this dunkin almost everyday for the past year. Usually the staff is nice and welcoming and it’s always a pleasure having short talks with the employees working there. But on my last visit I had to wait 5 mins just to get my order taken by an Indian boy who apparently didn’t seem to interested in helping me or making my order. I was looking at ice creams because I was interested in getting a shake and the boy was there on his phone and at first I thought that any minute he will help me but I was wrong it took him 5 mins to even acknowledge the fact that a customer was waiting on him. The next day I did complain to the manger about how rude and disrespectful that was and that she should do something about the guy and at least teach him how to greet and take customers but I guess the manager didn’t care about my problem because the same incident has occurred twice with me regarding the same person.
