The absolute worst service I come in and I ask a question is this 162 Washington street? Get no answer I get looked at like I had a million heads. I try to get my order and I get looked at like this isn't yours but it's on my phone that yes I did it worthless. Then I tell them what munchkins at order cause I see her trying to reach for the old-fashioned in the powder. This is from my kid so I ordered on my phone. Place chocolate glazed and jelly. I still get old-fashioned the jelly doughnut look like it was from yesterday. And they were just putting anything in there just to get me out of there. It's horrible root service. And I was gonna get charged fifty cents for an additional cup Even though the water you order in the cup is thirty five cents I I don't ever give anybody working in those types of establishments. Any type of disrespect, but yet the ones that That are nice and polite, and don't treat him like c***Or the ones who do get treated like c*** like come on, Dunkin' Donuts what's up. I don’t drink coffee but my kids love donuts 🍩 so we usually go here. Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because I’ve dealt with some rude miserable ladies in the past, but besides that the owner is a good person and service is usually good too. I ordered a medium hot coffee, extra cream, no sugar at the drive-thru. I picked it up, drove off down the street and had a sip. Coffee was luke-warm at Best, had cream and sugar! I am extremely disappointed with the drive-thru! I live right next-door and get pup cups for my dogs all the time today was different, today the woman at the drive-through told me they don’t do those even though I explain to her that I always get pup cups here and it makes my dogs happy! she refused to give it to me not really sure why someone would refuse to give a dog whipped cream that I’m paying for!!!!! but you win some you lose some very disappointed and so are my pups

Horrible employees. one woman gave my mother her coffee and purposely dropped the coffee on the ground, in the drive through. my mother came back and the same woman gave her the coffee, as my mother drove away the woman called my mother a b!tch. my mother called the dunkin’ donuts and got her fired. besides that, if they could get my order correct. that would be nice. thanks!
