I used my points to get myself a latte at no cost per the app , the Brazilian woman still charged me and I told her through the app it used up all my points and she still took the cash even though it was suppose to “ free” because of the points , I emailed Dunkin’ Donuts to complain about me being charged when I should not have been and a week later they inform me it’s because the owner of the location has not responded to them.
