everyone knows now I based my reviews on the disabled folks, and whether it's a place that respects those that are differently abled and this one does. when you pull up to the restaurant and go in, it's it is flat ... so kudos to that! HOWEVER. I think there should be English-speaking folks that maybe dunkin' donuts gold mine could actually pay for and we all know they can and we ALL KNOW . it never fails to amaze me how places like McDonald's in Dunkin donuts make billions and yet they can't do a simple thing like encouraging its employees to learn English. if these gold mines were just consider the fact towns and cities are now being given a LOT families into their community. they need all the help they can!!! but to my knowledge they do not help those directly in their community. it will be too late once people take their heads out of the sand like ostriches! so I say that every gold mine fast food restaurant contribute to resources for the multiple families that are being sent to the scatter sites and as you know westborough has many extended stay to ✨ hotels..... there can be zero tolerance for racism of discrimination. The staff here always seems very miserable and depressed. Not friendly and rush you like if you’re bothering them why are you here type of attitude. the coffee was made poorly and the donuts were stale. Definitely not visiting here again. I had applied her for a job and never got a callback & Im assuming it was because of how honest i was about another job i was in, but i am happy to say that me for being honest to another Manager i got hired immediately and started work the next day. 😊

Updating my review, because I must say the place has changed drastically since they first opened. Staff is amazing now! Very tentative with the orders, and ensuring best customer service. It's a night and day difference from my first visits to now. What a difference a great staff makes! Um. Limited selection of baked goods. Table was unoccupied but unavailable due to shipment boxes cluttering it and limited floor space. Waited an age for an in-store order despite being the only in-store customer. They didn't have frozen drinks available both times on non-consecutive days. Do better. It’s very unfortunate because the location is so good right off 495 and the facility is brand new and great. This is one of the most poorly managed Dunkin’ Donuts in all of New England. And I’ve been to a lot of them. Every time I place a mobile order, rather than it sitting there at the designated pick up area I have to go up to the counter and ask for my order then they make/grab whatever it is. I should’ve just waited to order when I got there it would be the same thing! For a company that is built on speed to order this one is particularly terrible at that. I was the only person in the shop at 3:45 pm. Waited 5 minutes for one of the two workers to stop filling call ahead orders long enough to make a medium hot coffee. First worker took the order. handed back my change without one word spoken. Second worker made the coffee. shouted out "medium hot" and walked away. As the only customer here I found their lack of courtesy troubling. Disappointing as this is Dunkins "new" store concept.
